WoW TBC First Aid Levelling Guide
One of the easiest secondary professions to train in the World of Warcraft is First Aid. It offers the ability to free heal when you’re in a battle, making it more or less a requirement for any player who wants to approach the end-game contents. Especially if you are not of the leaving class, First Aid’s utility carries over 5-men dungeons, as well as questing. The following guide will show you the most efficient and quickest way to level up your First Aid profession from levels 1 to 375. So, let’s begin!
Approximate Materials Required
From levels 1 to 300, you will need 170 Linen Cloth, 180 Wool Cloth, 150 Silk Cloth, 120 Mageweave Cloth, and 80 Runecloth. Whereas, from levels 300 to 375, you will only need 140 Runecloth and 85 Netherweave Cloth.
First Aid Trainers
For the Alliance Faction players – Dannelor at the Craftsmen’s Terrace in Darnassus, Nissa Firestone near the Great Forge in Ironforge, Michelle Belle at Goldshire in Elwynn Forest, Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen at Theramore in Dustwallow Marsh, Byancie at Dolanaar in Teldrassil, Fremal Doohickey at Menethil Harbor in Wetlands, Thamner Pol Kharanos in Dun Morogh, and Nus in The Exodar.
For the Horde Faction players – Arnok at the Valley of Spirits in Orgrimmar, Pand Stonebinder at the Spirit Rise in Thunder Bluff, Mary Edras at the Rogues’ Quarter in Undercity, Doctor Gregory Victor at Hammerfall in Arathi Highlands, Nurse Neela at Brill in Tirisfal Glades, Rawrk at Razor Hill in Durotar, Vira Younghoof at Bloodhoof Village in Mulgore, and Alestus in Silvermoon City.
Levels 1 to 75
Start by making Linen Bandages from Linen Cloth till you reach level 40, and then switch to Heavy Linen Bandages from Linen Cloth till level 75. After that, visit your trainer to learn the art of Journeyman First Aid.
Levels 75 to 150
Once you learn the art, start making Heavy Linen Bandages from Linen Cloth till level 80, followed by Wool Bandages from Wool Cloth till level 115, and then switch to Heavy Wool Bandages from Wool Cloth till you reach level 150.
It’s time for you to learn the Silk Bandage recipe from your respective faction trainers before you move any further with the levelling up process. With the help of the book called Expert First Aid: Under Wraps, you can train past level 150. The book can be purchased from Deneb Walker of the Alliance faction, located in Arathi Highlands, and Balai Lok’Wein of the Horde faction in Dustwallow Marsh. The mentioned vendors also sell the two recipes; Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage and Manual: Mageweave Bandage, so make sure that you purchase them as well.
Levels 150 to 225
Now, start making Silk Bandages from Silk Cloth from level 150 to 180, followed by Heavy Silk Bandages (Manual: Heavy Silk Bandage) from Silk Cloth till level 210, and then switch to Mageweave Bandages (Manual: Mageweave Bandage) from Mageweave Cloth till you reach level 225.
To move ahead with the further levels in first aid TBC, you will need to first learn the art of Artisan First Aid by completing the Triage quest. Alliance faction players can start the secondary quests that lead to the Triage quest by speaking to Doctor Gustaf VanHowzen in the Dustwallow Marsh for first aid TBC, and Horde faction players can speak to Doctor Gregory Victor in the Arathi Highlands. Bring the items that you will require to skill up to level 190, as you will need to learn a few recipes from the quest provider NPCs at a later stage. To be more precise, carry 100 Mageweave Cloth and 70 Runecloth with you.
Levels 225 to 300
Now for this section of the TBC first aid guide, start making Mageweave Bandages from Mageweave Cloth till level 300, followed by Heavy Mageweave Bandages (Speak to Doctor Gustaf or Doctor Gregory to obtain the recipe) from Mageweave Cloth till level 260, Runecloth Bandages (Speak to Doctor Gustaf or Doctor Gregory to obtain the recipe) from Runecloth till level 290, and then switch to Heavy Runecloth Bandages (Speak to Doctor Gustaf or Doctor Gregory to obtain the recipe) from Runecloth till you reach level 300 in this tbc first aid guide.
Levels 300 to 375
Since there aren’t any first aid trainer TBC in Classic TBC, you will need to learn the TBC First Aid skill by purchasing the book called Master First Aid: Doctor in the House from Aresella (Horde Faction Players), located at the Falcon Watch (26.2 & 62.0), or Burko (Alliance Faction Players), located at the Temple of Telhamat (22.4 & 39.2), the alternative of going to a first aid trainer TBC. They also sell the Manual: Heavy Netherweave Bandages and Manual: Netherweave Bandages, so make sure that you purchase them because you will need them for the further levels.
Start by making Heavy Runecloth Bandages from Runecloth till level 375, followed by Netherweave Bandages from Netherweave Cloth till level 360, and then finally switch to Heavy Netherweave Bandages from Netherweave Cloth to cover the last levels and max out in the First Aid profession.
